Description
Lacy Sunday Afternoon soap is a handcrafted, small-batch cold processed soap. In addition to my normal recipe, I replaced some of the water with aloe vera juice. I also added some organic cane sugar (produces more bubbles!) and some raw tussa silk fibers. The addition of tussa silk in your soap gives the bar an amazing soft slip when you lather up. Lacy Sunday Afternoon also has additives of kaolin clay, colloidal oats, and coconut milk powder, so the soap will feel luxurious on your skin!
Each bar of Lacy Sunday Afternoon has a beautiful swirl pattern with several shades of neutrals. Lacy Sunday Afternoon has a lace pattern embossed on top that will wash away after your first few uses. It has a beautiful clean and fresh fragrance. The fragrance notes for this soap are ozone, honey and lily, enhanced with both lemon and orange essential oils for an airy clean fragrance that isn't too floral. Heavy on the ozone, light on the lily.
The primary ingredients in Lacy Sunday Afternoon are coconut oil, palm oil, aloe vera juice, canola oil, olive oil, water, castor oil, sodium hydroxide, vitamin E, sugar, tussa silk fibers, kaolin clay, colloidal oats, coconut milk powder, fragrance, titanium dioxide, mica.
I source all of my palm oil from RPSO-certified sources to ensure it is responsibly sourced.
Each bar of Lacy Sunday Afternoon is unique with variations in swirl pattern and slight variations in size. Each bar, however, is beautiful and weighs approximately 4.0 oz.
